Mysterious Light Appears in KSAZ Live Shot, 15 Years After UFO Visited Phoenix. Be mindful here, 15 years ago there was a reported UFO that few slowly over Phoenix. It was videotaped by many and seen by
thousands of people. The governor, Fife Symington, at the time also saw the UFO and now has been trying to let people know what he saw is to be true. Like I said, there are documented records within the city council as well as televised recordings and documentaries made about the lights.
